2. Services

24x7 Customer Care provides home appliance repair and maintenance services for AC, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves, LED TVs and geysers. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Service Booking

• Bookings are confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify the appointment.
• A nominal visit charge applies for the technician's visit, regardless of whether a repair is carried out.
• Final repair charges are quoted on-site after diagnosis and must be agreed upon before work begins.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices quoted are inclusive of labour unless stated otherwise.
• Spare parts, if required, are charged separately at actual cost.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service.
• We accept cash and digital payment methods.

5. Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality repair services using appropriate tools and parts. However, we do not provide any warranty or guarantee on repairs carried out. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

• Repair outcomes depend on the age, condition and model of the appliance.
• In some cases a repair may not be technically or economically viable and we will advise you accordingly.
• Any spare parts supplied carry only the manufacturer's stated terms, if applicable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance at the time of the visit.
• Provide accurate information about the appliance and the fault.
• Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the service visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

24x7 Customer Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
